Patterns & Designs
I would have to say that I really like to draw designs of any kind, and maybe if you asked me to I would make one for you! These are one of the things that I really love to draw, and I guess you could say it comes naturally to me.You get what I mean...
Dots!
I don't know about the green line.....
For all of those who have no clue... I absolutely love dots to death. I also love lines. Why? Simple. They are easy to draw, and its pretty hard to mess up on it. This is my first dot drawing ever from 7-8th grade. Yes, it did take me awhile because I was only working on it during study halls for two years. Don't judge me and my dots or lines. I will admit, it does take a lot of patience and determination, but hey, I managed to do it!
Design(s)
The sharpie kept bleeding through... A lot.
This one was my favorites for our mini project, because it had to do with my most favorite things to draw in the world! LINES! I did this last year when the teacher told us to make some type of pattern/design (<3) using lines. He told us that lines can be anything they want to, and that they could make any shape imaginable. I will dedicate this drawing to him. He was my first art teacher, but he left, and went back to school. He said we could make it look like anything we wanted to, so we had free range. I'd say that this is my best line/assignment/thingy ever.
LINE!!! (not lines)
For those who didn't know: This is ONE line.
It is true, this is one, single, long, line, and its all done in red sharpie. The camera may have cut off some of the line, but it honestly one line. I promise you, because I never took the sharpie off of the paper until i reached the other side of the paper. I really don't know what I was thinking when I was drawing this, so don't ask. Its not like you can actually ask, but you get my point...
Kinda Circles.....
I felt like filling the starter circle...
Another random thing I was doing during intro to art. :} This time its circles, in YELLOW sharpie, not red. I really don't know what I'm thinking when I do these. I'm sorry if it seems like I'm rambling on, and on, but I really need to fill up this empty space. . .
???
It was supposed to be for an assignment...
Its another assignment! An assignment, not a project. I don't think I ever turned it in, because... Well, I actually don't know why I didn't turn it in. All I know is that there is another one like this, because they were supposed to be song interpretations. The other one is somewhere down there, but its there. I was listening to "Clocks" by Coldplay when I drew this, and I wasn't really thinking about it.
Even MORE Lines______
It was originally supposed to be blue, but the pen died...
Oh how wonderful, I drew even more lines. This time in pen! It really wasn't supposed to be three different colors, but the blue pen decided to die on me. Then the black pen I was using also ran out of ink, but instead of finding another blue or black pen I grabbed a red one. Like the last one, this is one line, but its obviously not in sharpie.
Swirly. . . . .
Another assignment never turned in.... whoops.
Its the song interpretation. It was with another song though. I did random swirls, and basically colored the white areas in with different, and sometimes mixed, colors.
Some random design again. I was bored, I had a ruler, I had sharpies, and it was a long study-hall. I just let my mind wander, and this is what I got stuck with. Not much else to say on this one.
Line Clouds
Some people say they are clouds, so they are now clouds. They were never originally supposed to be there, but I put them in anyways. I just put lines on the paper, figured out how to make them look zig-zagged, and decided to put some random gaps in there. I did this in all blue pen. I never meant to 'shade' it, because I wanted it to have some more color in it. I lightly colored every other line, (skipping the gaps), and when I was done it looked like this.
