Gargoyle Reflections
1. What are the good/strong parts of your project? What is done well? Why?
- I like the overall look of it. I like how the head turned out, especially the mouth. I took the most time on the mouth and it turned out pretty good.
2.What do you think you could have done better on this project? Why?
- Keeping the head wet enough until I was done attaching things becasue it started to crack on me.
3.Describe the attributes of your theme. What is the design like? Why?
- The ears, tounge, teeth, etc. It was designed as a dragon's head.
4.Describe the form of your gargoyle head. What kind of 3-D shape does it have?
- It has the shape of an arrow. The ears are the lowest and it goes up from there until it reaches the tip of its nose.
5. What are the main one or two points of emphasis for your gargoyle? How did you do this? Why did you do it that way?
- Definetly the ears for starters. I thought it would look nice being on it and it made it special. The teeth would be another one because whats a gargoyle without teeth? I did the teeth in a different way because I couldn't think of any other ways to do it at the time.
6. What did you learn from this project that you could apply to others? What lessons could be applied to life in general? Why?
- That I have to keep the clay wet enough while I'm still attaching things to it because otherwise it'll start cracking. You gotta plan ahead of time or else things won't turn out the way you want it to.
7. Why did you do it the way you did? Was it planned? What is by chance? Did your final project look the way you thought it would in the beginning? Why or why not?
- I did it in a certain way because I thought that I'd be different from the rest of them in some way. It was mostly planned, but the only parts that weren't planned were the parts that kept breaking constantly. i thought that the project turned out the way it was supposed to. Which is a huge relief by the way.
8. Is this a worthwhile project that Mr. Purdy should continue to use? What should Mr. Purdy do to improve this project for the future? Why?
- I thought it was a worthwhile project and he should definetly do this project next year. He should try to push some of the people to their limits instead of having them do what they know they can do. (animal heads, basic heads) He needs to challenge them more. They have plenty of freedom to do whatever they want to with the project, but then they choose something thats too simple.

Dinnerware Reflections
1. What are good/strong parts of your project? What is done well and why?
-I thought that the strong parts of my project were the theme becasue I have made sure that it has a strong game theme. I made a spade, club, heart, diamonds bowl, a knight cup and a chess/checker plate.
2. What are the weaker parts of your project?
-I thought that I could've done a better part on the cup part because I have just the knight pieces on it and there isn't much viratey. I think a major weak part is the fact that I didn't even finish the set on time... Whoops.
3. Describe the theme/unity of your set: what is the theme of your design and why did you chose to do that design?
-I did a theme of classic games. Everyone knows about a deck of cards, checkers, and chess.
4. Describe the details of the project: what did you put on your desidn for details to help make the parts a set?
-I put all of the recognisable parts into my set (card symbols, well known pawns, pieces)
5. Analyze the symmetry in the set.
-My bowl is radial, my cup will be bilateral, and my plate will be bilaterial. Although, the details on the plate will be assymetrical.
6. What did you learn from this project that you could apply to other projects in the future? What lessons could be applied to life in general? Why?
-I learned that it wasn't as easy as I first thought it would be. When you have to make a set its a lot better to go for something that has the less amount of detail possible.
7. Describe the design process of your project: Why did you do it the way you did? Was it planned? Was it by chance? Did you have the size of design decided first? What changed as you went along with the project? Elaborate...
-I made different preliminary designs, and at first I went with something that was detailed but then it broke. I finally went ahead and did something entirely different. Which would be the game set.
8. Is this a worthwhile project? What should Mr. Purdy do to this project in the future? Why?
-It is a worthwhile project. It is something that you can use other than having something as decoration. He should do it next year. Maybe he should be here next time. Or give us a longer amount of time.

Meaningful Sculpture
1. What are the good/strong parts of your project? What is done well and why?
- I think the good and strong parts of my project is how it balances.
2. What do you thing you could have done better on this project?
- I could have turned this project in on time because I haven't had much time to work on it. I actually haven't even started it at all. But Mr. Purdy doesn't need to know... Shh...
3. Describe the theme/unity of your project. What it the theme of your design and why did you chose to do that design?
- My theme is freedom and imagination because those things are important to me.
4. Describe if your project is representative (looks like something) of abstract (has a deeper meaning) Why did you do it that way?
- Mine is actually representative because its supposed to stand for freedom and creativity. Although its going to be a dragon and they apparently don't exist it strongly stands for creativity and freedom.
5. How is your project 3D? What do viewers see from different angles.
- You see something different from every angle. No matter where you turn it its not flat.
6. What did you learn from this project that you could apply to other projects in the future? What lessons could be applied to life in general? why?
- I learned that if I make things with a great amount of detail you're gonna need A LOT of time.
7. Describe the design process. And blah de blah de blaaah...
- First I built the dragon part while also working on the base separately because if I had to do it all together it'd get messed up. Since it's not finished yet, I still am faced with the challenges of how I'm going to make its wings...
8. Is this a worthwhile project?
- I think its a good project, because it really makes you think about what really matters to you. This project gives you a lot of freedom to do whatever you want to. It would be nice to get some more time instead of being rushed through all of this.
